INGREDIENTS: 2 lbs. ground beef 1 large finely diced onion 4 cups beef broth 1 cup water 14 oz. can tomato sauce 3 Tbsp. tomato paste 3 Tbsp. chili powder 1 tsp. cumin 2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. allspice 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes 1/8 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate Add everything in a soup pot. Stir well until meat granules are fine texture. Turn heat on and bring to a light simmer and cover partially with lid. Cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours stirring occasionally. ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS: Cooked spaghetti Kidney beans Chopped onions Grated Cheddar Cheese Serve 3 way, 4 way or 5 way on spaghetti OR serve on hotdogs.
